Arrival at Bangkok

Posted on April 15, 2018 by Abhishek Prahladka

The flight departed as per schedule and it gave me two and half hour to go through my dreams.

But before I reached, the passenger sitting next to me inquired me of my destination and asked me to fill his immigration form.

Then I came to know that the man sitting next to me was illiterate in English and the form was to be filled in English.  So, I extended help to fill his form and guided him the other procedures to be followed at the time of clearance at airport which are almost same at every locations.

The flight reached as per schedule and as I stepped at Don Mueang airport.

The Don Mueang airport is a big and new airport in addition to Suvarnabhumi airport and is flooded with aircraft’s of Air Asia.

I rushed towards the immigration check gate so as to get visa on arrival, totally unaware of trouble waiting for me but before that I was enjoying the ambience at the airport.

There was electronic advertisement board on walls of airport which had in-built camera and whenever someone passes in front of the advertisement board, his/her images are displayed on board.

I went in front of the camera, took out my mobile and took my picture with Thai temple in background.
