The speed boat anchored at a different Island which was connected to Sun Island through a bridge which was nothing less than an exotic bridge.

A bridge which was made up of wood with crystal clear water of lagoon on both sides. Golf cart was available for tourists to cross the bridge but I preferred to walk and enjoy the surroundings.

This location of island took my heart away and it became my favorite location and I had spent good time at the bridge which can be seen later in the story.
There was big arrival hall at the resort’s reception where all the guests were assembled and registration form was provided to all the guests to complete formalities.

After completion of formalities, hotel staff made group of guests and based on language preferences, they shared brief information about resort facilities, locations, charges, etc. The staffs were well versed in English and other languages, since they asked language preference before briefing and took care of queries of individuals.

A handy map along with guidelines and excursion rate card was also provided to guests for ready reference.

The tariff rates of excursions and experiences were “Awesome”.

And then came the last document which was the most exciting and professional in approach and at the same time it thrills most of the backpackers:

This kind of approach was the unique experience wherein the facilities available for free were clearly provided to guests so that they can enjoy it maximum. Mostly it is seen that the hotels and resorts in India and at many other places hide such information or provide only when asked. But the approach of Sun Island was very professional and it is worth praising to maintain the highest level of transparency.
The approach of resort to brief guests at reception along with answering the questions of guests was also warming and even they marked location of guests room on the map so that the guests feel convenient to find their rooms. My room number was 461, which was marked on the map for my tracking.
