When I returned back to my boat, one of the crew member dived into sea and brought a fish with had shell. As he brought that creature on board there was wave of excitement to see the new arrival and specially kids on board were more excited.
Some took hold of that creature in their hands but at the same time were full of fear as all were unaware about the nature of creature.
In curious state I asked him to hand over the possession to me but only after answering my question “Is this creature bites?” The reply was “No”.
I took that creature in my hands and it was heavier as against my expectations. Made of solid and hard shell, the creature was peeping from the opening of the shell occasionally and when touched, it used to go back inside that shell.
I asked fellow travelers to click my pics along with the creature whom I met for the first time, some who stayed away from it tried to know my experience. It wa actually Giant Sea Clam, but my knowledge on sea creature was very limited at that point of time, so it took time for me to find out the name of the creature.
My reply was “Awesome experience” and advice along with it “Try once, it’s harmless”.
My first snorkeling experience was truly memorable and full of excitement. For few minutes I sat down on my seat and tried to recover from what I saw few minutes later. I never expected such beautiful world below sea and too my surprise it was colorful too. This mind blowing experience of mine took me more close to nature and I thanked nature for showing me such beautiful picture of herself so as to store in my memories.
After boarding all passengers, cruise started sailing towards an island. I managed to retain my seat in front deck but my neighbors changed except three beauties who were still seating next to me and as usual discussing all family issues and other female problems. I just focused on my ride and ignored them who were not worth of being ignored.
