The ride to Rasdhoo was a comfortable one since sea was calm all along the way and without any delay our boat reached Rasdhoo Jetty where I paid the fare and to my surprise I met Mr. Ahmed who came to escort me to my hotel and me being a solo traveler, he identified me amongst other passengers and asked me whether my name is “Abhishek”?.I just asked “Holiday Garden Rasdhoo”? He shook his head in acceptance and escorted me towards hotel. He brought his two wheeler to pick me up and we both moved towards the hotel.
The Holiday Garden Rasdhoo was not far from Jetty and it took less than 5 minutes to reach hotel but the way to hotel was interesting too. Experience of Rasdhoo was completely different from Sun Island Resort since Rasdhoo was an inhabited island and there were no proper streets. The narrow & rough lanes of Rasdhoo were like our Indian villages and water logging could be seen on streets as if it had rained earlier. The lanes were short in length so it was a zig-zag ride to the hotel.

After reaching hotel, formalities were completed and I was allotted my room. The Holiday Garden was a house turned hotel so it was having limited rooms and to my calculation there were 6 rooms in total but all were spacious enough and equipped with all facilities including Wi-fi, small restaurant, shower point & other facilities.
